We're looking for a sharp, reliable, bilingual Maintenance Coordinator to join our team long-term and grow with us.You will work directly with our Repairs & Maintenance Manager and become the operational backbone of our maintenance department—keeping vendors moving, projects on track, and guests taken care of when something breaks.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and maintain relationships with our network of vendors and contractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, handymen, etc.)Source new vendors, request quotes, and negotiate pricingDispatch vendors to properties and follow up until every job is 100% completeTrack open maintenance projects daily and keep our systems updatedRespond to maintenance emergencies quickly and calmly—coordinate the right people to solve the problem fastFollow up on guest-reported issues and close the loop with our Guest Services teamProvide after-hours support when guest emergencies come up (rotating/as needed)WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORFluent English AND Spanish (spoken and written)—many of our vendors are Spanish-speaking,
