Position SummaryThe HR Analyst supports the Human Resources function by analyzing workforce data, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, and providing insights that support business and people-related decisions. This role is responsible for HR reporting, metrics, compliance, employee lifecycle administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Analytics & ReportingPrepare and maintain HR metrics and dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, retention, recruitment, and engagement).Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to support business decisions.Generate periodic and ad hoc HR reports for leadership and stakeholders.Ensure data integrity across HR systems and databases.Employee Lifecycle ManagementSupport onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.Coordinate employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and organizational updates.Assist in preparing employment-related documentation.Recruitment SupportTrack recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline data.Support interview scheduling and candidate communications as needed.Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the selection process.Compliance & HR AdministrationEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.Assist with HR audits and documentation reviews.Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.Employee ExperienceSupport employee engagement initiatives and surveys.Assist with training coordination and development programs.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows.Participate in HR projects and system implementations.Recommend solutions based on data analysis and business needs.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering,



or a related field.Experience2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or a similar role.Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management.Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, or similar).Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a multinational environment.Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (or as assigned)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout AIT WorldwideAIT Worldwide Logistics is a global freight forwarder that helps companies grow by expanding access to markets all over the world where they can sell and/or procure their raw materials, components and finished goods.
