The Sr Specialist within Operational Enablement & Effectiveness (OEE) / MAP has experience in clinical operations and is responsible forthe development of data analysis and visualizations in support of user needs across Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) across our portfolio,studies & processes within Integral Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO).Primary Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToCreating analytical tools to answer critical business questions for GCTOManaging project timelines to enable accurate reporting and functionality during SDLCManaging diverse projects and processes within GCTO/OEE Teams.Champion data quality, integrity, and reliability by designing and promoting best practices.Lead business requirement sessions with BAs and stakeholders.Coordinate with IT/vendor on business requirements for new or enhancement reporting needs to support GCTO reporting.Test and deploy new capabilities using BI applications.Create new visualizations to enable informed business decisions on strategy and execution.Vendor relationship management ensuring business requirements are clearly articulated and executed.Provide BI training to BA/stakeholders to foster increased understanding and utilization of the information provided.Present complex data to non-technical end-users in a clear and concise manner.Design and develop rigorous data analyses and comprehensive data tools for internal stakeholders.Develop a deep understanding of the current state of available data sources and data tools; be able to determine enhancements needed based on OEE’s roadmap.Support business use cases based on existing Data & Analytics (D&A;)



products and link usage to business outcomes.Education RequirementsBS (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information SystemsRequired Experience & Skills4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics using BI tools (Power BI)Solid experience in data management (Data analysis, Data architecture, Data Modeling)Solid experience with writing SQL and building complex queriesExperience of AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, RDS, Redshift), Databricks, JIRA, GithubSolid organizational, time management and project management skillsExperience in leveraging and managing third party vendors and contractors.Self-motivated, proactive, with ability to work independently with minimum direction.Solid communication (written and oral) skillsGeneral knowledge of MS OfficeAdvanced English levelPreferred Experience & SkillsExperience & knowledge of Python and GenAI toolsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a geographically dispersed teamAbility to learn and use new technologiesAbility to manage through complexity and ambiguity along with competing priorities.Basic knowledge of Clinical Development / Operations.Required SkillsAmazon Web Services (AWS), Analytics Architecture, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Intelligence Implementation, Clinical Development, Clinical Trials, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Management Information Systems (MIS), Project Management, Requirements Management, Third Party Vendors, User Experience (UX) DesignEmployee StatusRegularRelocationVISA SponsorshipTravel RequirementsFlexible Work ArrangementsHybridShiftValid Driving LicenseHazardous Material(s)Job Posting End Date08/10/2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
