Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong Oracle EPM experience to support enterprise finance transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle EPM data integrations while playing a key role in an ongoing Oracle DRM to Oracle EDM migration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle DRM, Oracle EDM, Oracle Data Integration, SQL, and ETL processes, along with the ability to work closely with Finance and IT teams to build scalable, reliable, and auditable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support data integrations for Oracle EPM applications.
- Participate in the migration from Oracle DRM (Data Relationship Management) to Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management).
- Build and maintain Oracle Data Integration and metadata management solutions.
- Design and implement ETL/data integration processes between Oracle EPM and enterprise source systems.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, data transformations, and automation scripts.
- Assist in designing future-state architecture while implementing existing solution designs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle EPM data pipelines and integrations.
- Support financial data processing, metadata management, and hierarchy maintenance.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver Oracle EPM solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration mappings, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Oracle EPM, or enterprise data integration.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle DRM (Data Relationship Management)
and Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management).
- Experience with Oracle EPM Data Integration and Oracle SaaS solutions.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience building ETL/data integration pipelines.
- Knowledge of metadata management and financial master data.
- Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting for automation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM architecture and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle HFM, FDMEE, FCCS, EPBCS, or Oracle Planning.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, or other ERP integrations.
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud services.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or other orchestration tools.
- Understanding of financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
- Oracle EPM or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle DRM and Oracle EDM (highest priority).
- Experience designing and supporting Oracle EPM integrations.
- Solid SQL and ETL/data integration background.
- Comfortable working on both solution architecture and implementation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Finance and IT teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of supporting multiple Oracle EPM initiatives.
