At Sutherland, we are hiring Family Care Agents to provide customer service and basic technical support for streaming subscribers through phone and chat channels.

As a Family Care Agent, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide effective solutions while representing two of the worlds most recognized entertainment brands.

We offer you

Paid training 22 days Monday to Friday
After one month in operations, you will transition to a hybrid schedule
2 days WAH and 3 days onsite
42 hours per week
Two consecutive days off
Availability to work in a 24 7 operation
Compensation
Monthly salary 3,100,000 COP




Performance bonus Up to 500,000 COP

Requirements

Advanced English level C1
Strong communication and customer service skills
Availability to support customers through phone and chat channels
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Flexibility to work assigned schedules
