We’re looking ahead We are globalAs a Lead Motion Designer / Editor, you will be a hands-on creative leader responsible for defining and delivering motion design, editorial, and VFX work.You will use motion as a storytelling tool, shaping rhythm, pacing, and emotional impact across all deliverables, while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with clients.You will thrive in this role if you are:A creative storyteller who understands motion beyond executionComfortable leading and elevating other designersConfident presenting ideas and creative rationale to clientsDetail-oriented, with strong craft and quality standardsRole responsibilitiesLead the creative direction of motion design and editing across projectsDesign and execute high-impact motion, 3D, and VFX workShape storytelling through pacing, rhythm, transitions, and visual flowDevelop original motion languages and visual systemsCreate content for brand films, pitch materials, digital experiences, and campaignsExtend motion design into web, apps, and interactive platformsProvide creative direction and feedback to team membersEnsure quality through attention to timing, detail, and craft executionPresent and explain creative decisions clearly to clients, linking design to strategyContribute to high-stakes content such as sizzles, launches, and proposalsProven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX (senior/lead level)Strong expertise in After Effects and video editing tools (e.G., DaVinci Resolve)Advanced capabilities in 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender)Experience delivering high-quality VFX and compositing workStrong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing,
