You will manage Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, perform initial diagnostics, implement monitoring dashboards, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will also contribute to maintaining operational documentation, improving service quality, and supporting the continuous optimization of monitoring and operational processes in a dynamic, international environment.What You Will Do On a Daily BasisEnsure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.Handle level 1 and 2 incidents and request tickets.Perform initial diagnostics, apply procedures, and elevate issues as needed.Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes.Participate in updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.Your Key SkillsExperience in technical support or IT operations (N1/N2).Knowledge of JIRA and GLPI CMDB ticketing tools.Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting tools (Bash,
