DevOps Service Manager - Cloud Services Manager - IT Service Delivery ManagerIn Omnicom Production, we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Service Manager to serve as the primary coordinator for infrastructure, cloud, and application service delivery across the organization. This role bridges business requirements with technical implementation, partnering closely with development, cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, solution architecture, and IT service management, combined with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps service requests.Manage, prioritize, and coordinate work through ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms.Translate business and technical requirements into actionable engineering tasks.Design solution architectures and create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and implementation plans.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking teams to deliver scalable solutions.Facilitate architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure best practices and governance standards are followed.Coordinate change management activities and oversee implementation schedules.Support incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.Monitor service delivery metrics and ensure SLA compliance.Drive automation, operational efficiency,



and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide hands‑on support with cloud platforms, automation, scripting, infrastructure validation, and CI/CD pipelines when required.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or Systems Engineering.Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM platforms.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.Experience creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation.Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL-based environments.Fluent English and Spanish communication skills required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, AWS, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of networking, cloud security, identity management, and monitoring platforms.Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) preferred.Experience supporting enterprise‑scale cloud transformation initiatives.Success ProfileThis role is adecuado for a technical professional who enjoys connecting business needs with engineering execution.
