Job Title: Functional Analyst –Oracle EPM Job Summary
We are seeking a Functional Analyst –Oracle EPM to support enterprise finance transformation initiatives, including Oracle Planning, Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and reporting calendar migration projects. This is a business-facing role that works closely with Finance, IT, and Oracle EPM teams to support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, requirements gathering, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have functional Oracle EPM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
- Support Oracle EPM implementation projects, including Oracle Planning, EDM, and financial reporting initiatives.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data conversion activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Coordinate with Finance users, IT teams, and implementation partners to support project deliverables.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assist with test preparation, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Review and validate financial data throughout implementation and migration activities.
- Provide project status updates and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Use Jira to manage project tasks, track progress, and support Agile project delivery.
- Collaborate across multiple concurrent Oracle EPM projects and support successful implementation milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.




- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst supporting Oracle EPM or enterprise financial systems.
- Functional experience with Oracle EPM solutions such as FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, HFM, EDM, or Oracle Planning.
- Experience with data validation, data reconciliation, and data conversion activities.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications.
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Finance, Accounting, IT, and implementation teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.
- Knowledge of Oracle EDM, Oracle Planning, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience with finance transformation or ERP-to-EPM implementation projects.
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and close processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion applications and Oracle SaaS solutions.

- Experience supporting data conversion and validation during Oracle EPM implementations.
