What would you do:

Record to Report (R2R) Responsibilities

- Analyze and resolve issues within the Record to Report process.
- Execute daily tasks in accordance with defined processes and established guidelines.
- Collect and analyze operational data for financial reporting purposes.
- Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and quality of financial information.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and results.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure SLA compliance.
- Escalate deviations or issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Interact daily with peers across Accenture.
- Provide updates and escalate relevant matters to supervisors.
- Limited exposure to clients and leadership.

Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Language: Intermediate Spanish (B1 level)

Technical Skills

- Experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes
- Knowledge of Financial Consolidations (P3)
- Understanding of Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards (P2)
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
