We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing team in Medellín !

? Location: Medellín, Colombia (Hybrid)

? Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Salary: COP $3.5M

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous payroll processing experience

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Conversational English

✅ Experience using Prism

⭐ Experience supporting U.S. clients is preferred

Nice to Have

✔️ Experience with U.S. payroll processes

✔️ Staffing or BPO industry experience

✔️ Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

✔️ Experience using Prism
