Job Title: YouTube Growth, SEO/GEO & Video Editing Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide practical, hands-on training. The goal is to help develop the skills and confidence needed to independently build and grow YouTube channels, optimize content, and edit engaging videos.

This is primarily a teaching and coaching position, not simply a content-production role.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach best practices for building and growing YouTube channels
- Provide training in YouTube SEO and content optimization
- Explain and apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies
- Teach practical video-editing techniques and workflows




- Review the trainee’s work and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Create a structured learning plan with practical exercises
- Share useful tools, templates, and repeatable processes
- Monitor progress and help the trainee become self-sufficient

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience building or growing YouTube channels
- Strong knowledge of SEO and GEO
- Professional video-editing experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or training others
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and available for approximately three hours per day for two months
