Room4 Media is a creative production agency specializing in developing marketing and advertising content.

We are looking for a fully bilingual Creative Project Manager to join our team. The idóneo candidate is based in Bogotá, is available to work in a hybrid environment, and can start immediately or within a short period.

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver results with minimal supervision.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead and manage creative projects from initial briefing through final delivery.

- Lead and coordinate website development projects, working closely with designers, developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery.

- Write creative briefs and contribute to the development of creative concepts.

- Prepare and manage production estimates, budgets, schedules, and project timelines across pre-production, production, and post-production.

- Coordinate in-house and remote designers, developers, animators, video production teams, freelancers, and external suppliers.

- Schedule and lead meetings with internal teams and external resources to proactively review project progress.

- Prioritize projects, requests, and ongoing changes in real time while ensuring deadlines are met.

- Request, review, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and outsourced service providers.

- Leverage project management tools to track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and team workloads.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.

- Manage day-to-day client requests, feedback, and questions.

- Communicate project requirements, changes, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders.

- Ensure that the production team and external suppliers understand and fulfill all contractual requirements, deadlines,



and delivery obligations.

- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and propose practical solutions.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and project management processes.

Required Skills and Experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Project Management role.

- Previous experience working in a Creative, Digital, Marketing, Advertising, or Production Agency is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong knowledge of creative production processes, including graphic design, animation, video production, and web development.

- Experience managing website development projects, including corporate websites, landing pages, and microsites.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and web development workflows, including front-end, back-end, QA, testing, and website deployment.

- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, video producers, animators, and QA specialists.

- Experience managing budgets, project schedules, suppliers, and production resources.

- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and find effective solutions.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client priorities and last-minute requests.

- Experience improving workflows and implementing process efficiencies.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability.

- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.

Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
