You’ll be responsible for editing long-form podcast episodes (20–60 minutes) and ensuring they are polished, well-paced, and ready for publishing. This is a production-focused role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency across episodes. What You'll Be Doing

Edit full-length podcast episodes (20–60 minutes)

Clean audio/video, remove mistakes, pauses, and filler content

Ensure smooth pacing, transitions, and overall flow

Sync audio and video tracks when needed

Add basic elements such as intro/outro, captions, and simple graphics

Export and format videos for publishing platforms (YouTube, etc.)

Maintain organized file structures and workflows

Deliver content on time with minimal revisions What We're Looking For

Proven experience editing long-form video content (20–60 minutes required)

Strong experience with podcast editing workflows

Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)





High attention to detail (cuts, timing, audio quality)

Ability to follow editing styles and maintain consistency

Reliable and able to manage recurring content production

Organized and process-driven

Good English for understanding content and instructions Nice to Have

Experience with YouTube content optimization

Basic motion graphics or animation skills

Experience working with content creators, agencies, or podcasts Do NOT Apply If
