Position Summary

GP Strategies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to support vendor onboarding and management activities across multiple client accounts and regions. Key Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding Management

Manage and support a regional portfolio of vendors and client accounts.

Coordinate, schedule, and administer vendor onboarding activities.

Track and maintain onboarding progress and status updates throughout the process.

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience across multiple regions and business units.

Vendor Data & Contract Administration

Maintain accurate vendor documentation and records within enterprise systems.

Support vendor contract updates and ongoing data maintenance activities.

Validate vendor information and ensure compliance with customer and business requirements.

Monitor data quality and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.





Issue Resolution & Process Improvement

Analyze onboarding workflows to identify and resolve process challenges.

Research and evaluate alternative suppliers when onboarding obstacles arise.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues while maintaining service continuity.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

Provide timely updates regarding onboarding progress, status, and completion timelines.

Partner with vendors, customers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Understanding of customer or vendor onboarding processes.

Experience supporting enterprise applications and service delivery operations.

Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions or countries.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.





Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in vendor management, supplier operations, procurement, or customer onboarding.

Knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes.

Experience maintaining vendor records within enterprise systems.

Exposure to multinational or global business environments.

Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and operational excellence.
