We're hiring a UX Designer to join a product team building learning experiences for engineers and technical professionals. This is an opportunity to work directly with a U.S.-based client in a collaborative product environment where design plays a key role in shaping user experiences from discovery through delivery.
You'll partner closely with a Product Manager and Engineer as part of a cross-functional team, helping identify user problems, validate solutions, and deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences.
What You'll Do
- Partner daily with a Product Manager and Engineer throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research and continuous discovery to understand customer needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing.
- Drive usability and user experience improvements across the product.
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system.
- Participate in design reviews and collaborate with other designers.
- Balance user needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Identify UX improvements and help prioritize design enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of UX/UI design experience in cross-functional product teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design process, research, iterations, and outcomes.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Lean UX is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A user-first mindset with a passion for validating ideas through research.
Requirements
- Professional English is required since you'll work directly with a U.S.-based client.
- Must be currently located in Latin America (LATAM).
