As a Travel Associate, you will be an integral part of our TravelTech department. During training, you'll master the art of customer service, learning about hotel properties, phonetic communication, and call guidelines. You'll represent the reservations department of various hotels, assisting guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries, all while utilizing the Amadeus and Opera systems.
