Job Title: AP & AR/Finance Trainer (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AP & AR Trainer with a strong finance and accounting background to deliver training and support to a team of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Associates. The adecuado candidate should have hands-on experience in AP/AR processes and be capable of developing training materials, conducting sessions, and improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for AP & AR Associates.
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and best practices.




- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve training programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
- Previous experience as a trainer, coach, or SME is preferred.
- Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, reconciliations, invoicing, and payment cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
