Are you energetic, persuasive, and driven to succeed? We are seeking a motivated Outbound Telemarketer / Lead Generator to join our growing insurance team. In this role, you will be the critical first point of contact for our existing home insurance customers. Your primary goal is to engage homeowners, identify opportunities to bundle their coverage, and seamlessly connect them to our expert sales team to maximize their savings with an auto insurance policy.
This is a high-volume outbound calling position perfect for a data-driven communicator who thrives on hitting daily connection goals.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound dials daily to existing home insurance clients using our internal communication systems.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver a clear, engaging script to introduce bundling benefits and spark interest in an auto insurance comparison.
- Warm Transfers: Successfully qualify interested customers and execute a smooth, live handoff (warm transfer) to our licensed sales producers for upselling.
- Data Integrity: Accurately log call outcomes, update customer contact details, and manage follow-up tasks within our CRM (monday.com).
- Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for outbound dials, live connections, and successful sales transfers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, customer service, or a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and maintain high energy throughout the day.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn CRM tools and dialing software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus but not required.
- Note: An insurance license is not required for this role, as you will be transferring leads to licensed staff.
