About the Role
Our US Provider Engagement team works in the field with oncologists, hematologists, and community practices to drive awareness, referrals, and enrollment into clinical trials.
We are hiring a Project Manager to be the operational backbone of this team: the person who analyzes provider data, manages the referral pipeline, and coordinates everything behind the scenes so the field team can stay focused on providers.
This is a desk-based, fully remote role working US Eastern business hours. You will own the data, reporting, and coordination layer of our US provider engagement enrollment operations, working directly with US-based leadership and field account managers.
What You'll Do
- Analyze provider and referral data to identify high-potential oncology practices, build target lists, and help prioritize territories for the field team
- Own the provider referral pipeline: track referrals from first provider contact through pre-screening and enrollment handoff, flag stalls, and drive follow-ups to resolution
