The Role:
We’re seeking a Learning and Development Specialist. This role is designed for an experienced learning professional who is passionate about creating engaging, learner-centered experiences and leveraging innovative methodologies and technology to drive meaningful development.
You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that address knowledge, skills, and behavior gaps while supporting employees’ personal and professional growth.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Monday to Friday
THE ROLE:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or learning technologies are considered a plus.
