Technical Lead (Python) at BairesDev

As a Technical Lead (Python), you will drive backend engineering initiatives while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will serve as the technical visionary for your team, aligning complex architectural decisions with overarching business goals.

What You'll Do

- Lead the design and implementation of robust, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python.
- Provide technical direction and oversight for the full software development lifecycle, from initial discovery to production release.
- Establish and enforce engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
- Mentor and coach engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.




- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Identify system bottlenecks and architectural challenges, proposing long-term structural improvements and optimizations.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, or Technical Leadership.
- Proven expertise in Python programming and designing robust, scalable APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Strong track record of leading engineering initiatives and mentoring development teams.
- Deep understanding of backend architecture, system design, and software best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
