Technical Community Manager at BairesDev
As a Technical Community Manager, you will build and manage vibrant internal and external technical communities to drive engagement and talent growth. You will act as the vital link between the organization and the developer ecosystem, ensuring a positive brand presence while nurturing a sense of belonging among members.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute a consolidated community strategy to engage employees and attract external talent.
- Plan, organize, and host technical events, meetups, and webinars in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and moderate digital interaction spaces across forums, Discord, Slack, and social platforms.
- Launch and coordinate community programs and initiatives based on member needs and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand ambassadors and technical contributors.
- Monitor community health and engagement metrics to continuously optimize outreach and retention strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Community Management or Developer Relations.
- Proven expertise in building and managing technical communities on platforms like Discord, Slack, or forums.
- Strong background in organizing meetups, events, and contributor programs to drive engagement.
- Experience creating and managing technical content for developer audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
