We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to provide full-time recruitment support to our Colombia GBS Hub, serving stakeholders across the Western Hemisphere.
This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who can work independently, adapt quickly to new systems and processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position will primarily focus on contractor rollovers, candidate screening, and early-stage recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support contractor rollover processes.
Conduct candidate screenings and initial recruitment assessments.
Coordinate recruitment activities across LATAM and other regions within the Western Hemisphere.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Quickly learn and effectively utilize the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide operational and administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience supporting recruitment activities in LATAM and other regions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and integrate into an established team.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous recruitment experience within the Oil & Gas industry. (Preferred)
Experience supporting regional or general recruitment operations.
