Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami Bal harbour. This role oversees daily boutique operations, including sales floor supervision, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory control to ensure a premium customer experience.

The Store

Manager leads, coaches, and motivates the team to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional service to every client.

Responsibilities include monitoring store performance, managing retail loss prevention procedures, handling customer inquiries and escalations, and preparing reports for leadership. The role also involves supporting local marketing initiatives, fostering strong client relationships,



and maintaining a polished, brand-appropriate store environment.

Qualifications

Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create personalized, luxury client experiences.

Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal interaction with diverse clients and teams.

Proven Store Management experience, including team leadership, daily operations oversight, inventory management, and sales performance tracking.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring procedures, minimizing shrinkage, and ensuring compliance with store policies.

Experience in luxury or premium retail environments is highly preferred.

Ability to lead and develop teams, provide constructive feedback, and model professional behavior.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Comfort working with POS systems and basic reporting tools; proficiency in standard office software is an advantage.

Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as needed.

Relevant education in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field is beneficial.
