We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-paced team focused on building scalable backend systems, CRM automation, and AI-driven sales tooling. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in API integrations, Salesforce ecosystems, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities of the Role: Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices) Develop and integrate REST APIs and webhooks Work with Salesforce platform and APIs (Omnichannel, lead routing, assignment rules) Support AI SDR automation, including Calendly integrations and webhook-based lead routing Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase Collaborate in an agile environment with JIRA-based backlog

✅ Must-Have Requirements: 5+ years of experience in backend engineering (Java or Python) Strong experience with REST APIs and webhook development Experience with Salesforce development or API integrations Background in CRM automation and lead routing systems Experience working in agile environments (JIRA)
