SR. Full Stack Developer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Developer - Full Stack with GenAI at our Bogotá offices!

This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on integrating GenAI solutions. You will contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing modern applications while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade, scalable, secure, and high-performance cross-platform applications.
- Build modern front-end experiences and robust back-end microservices using industry best practices.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Conduct code reviews, promote clean code standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and coach developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and best practices to foster team growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, QA, Design, and Operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Support project planning by providing technical estimates, risk assessments, solution design, and implementation strategies.
- Develop and execute unit tests while maintaining and enhancing existing web applications.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and project generation platforms like Replit to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, maintaining deep knowledge of the product architecture, design, and implementation.
- Champion responsible AI adoption,



application security, and data privacy across the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture by documenting solutions, sharing expertise, and driving continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of application development experience
- 1–2+ years exposure in AI/ML or GenAI projects is preferred
- Experience working with WordPress, Headless CMS architecture, or modern content platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to Astro framework or similar modern frontend/meta-frameworks is good to have, but not mandatory.
- Hands-on programming experience in NodeJS / Python / React Native
- Experiencewith LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama)
- Experience designing agenticsystems with tools/function calling for autonomous multi-step reasoning
- Build and integrate GenAIsolutions using largelanguage models as needed to supplement and accelerate development time
- Exposure to microservices / event-driven architecture and REST API
- Database experience (SQL Server) and ORM technologies (LINQ, EF or similar)
- Performanceoptimization
- Security designand implementation
- Distributedmessage-based application design and implementation and TDD practices
- CI/CDpractices
- HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/TypeScript and AJAX experience
- SPA(Single Page Application) design and implementation (Vue.js/React.js/Next.js)
- Strongcloud experience AWS or Azure

Good to Have
- Relevant cloud, RPA, or AI certifications
- Experience building enterprise-grade internal platforms

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a relatedfield, or equivalent practical experience
