We are currently seeking a highly technical experienced Data Business Intelligence Analyst (Data Integration & Snowflake) to join our team. The candidates can be located in Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile or México.

The BA will be working on integrations and data mapping, understanding Snowflake, being able to have conversations with the technical and business teams. As a Business Intelligence Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing data needs, and supporting enterprise data integration initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into scalable data solutions, while supporting the delivery of high-quality analytics and reporting capabilities.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to both business and technology teams, with a strong focus on data mapping, data integration, and Snowflake-based data environments. You will facilitate discussions with stakeholders, document business and functional requirements, analyze source and target data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, reporting needs, and data requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to define and support data integration solutions.
- Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation.
- Analyze data structures, relationships, and business rules across multiple systems.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.




- Support data quality validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.
- Assist in defining functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in project planning, requirement workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure data solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Analyst.
- Experience working on data integration and data mapping projects.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and data flows.
- Experience working with Snowflake environments.
- Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English Skills (B2/C1)
