- What You'll Do Build and ship backend services and customer-facing web applications used by thousands of patients.
- Design scalable APIs and systems that power our healthcare platform.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and leadership to turn ideas into production features.
- Own projects end-to-end—from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across our platform.
- Review code, contribute to technical decisions, and help establish engineering best practices.
- Continuously experiment, iterate, and ship quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
- What We're Looking For Strong computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.




- Experience building production web applications and backend systems.
- Proficiency with modern backend technologies, APIs, databases, and scalable architectures.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
