ServiceNow Administrator at BairesDev

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be the operational steward of our ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring platform stability and high performance. You will act as a key connector between business needs and technical execution, maintaining the health of core data and governing the instance lifecycle to support enterprise workflows.

What You'll Do

- Execute the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments.
- Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate and improve business processes.
- Manage platform security through the configuration of access controls (ACLs), user roles, and group permissions.




- Oversee the integrity of the CMDB and other core data assets to ensure accurate reporting and operational visibility.
- Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities, including update set migrations and validation.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents related to service catalogs, integrations, and platform performance.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform customization, including business rules and workflows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and the Glide API.
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring ITSM or ITOM modules.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
