SEO Manager at BairesDev

As an SEO Manager, you will spearhead our search engine optimization efforts to drive organic growth for technical enterprises. You will act as a key connector between technical SEO and content marketing, ensuring our digital presence is highly visible and optimized for both traditional search and emerging AI-driven platforms.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and user acquisition.
- Perform detailed technical audits to improve site health, crawlability, and loading performance.
- Lead content strategy and link-building initiatives to establish authority in competitive technical niches.
- Analyze search data and market trends to optimize site architecture for AI and LLM search readiness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators,



refining tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with development and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital marketing for technical companies.
- Proven expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog for technical audits.
- Hands-on experience developing content strategies and robust link-building campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis and optimizing site structures for AI/LLM-aware search readiness.
- Solid background in technical SEO, including website speed optimization and crawlability improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
