Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on recruiting professional with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, recruitment leadership, and process optimization. The idóneo candidate will have experience in staffing or workforce solutions, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building scalable talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for operational, professional, and specialized positions.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.

Optimize recruitment processes, workflows, and KPIs to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.

Develop recruiting playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.

Drive the implementation of automation, technology, and AI solutions to improve recruitment operations.

Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Contribute to the continuous improvement and scalability of the Talent Acquisition function.





Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

English proficiency: C1–C2 (required).

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including:

2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Full-Cycle Recruiting, and

2 years in Recruitment Leadership roles (required).

Experience within Staffing, Workforce Solutions, Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, or related industries.

Proven experience improving recruitment processes, operational workflows, and hiring strategies.

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting metrics, and candidate lifecycle management.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing recruitment teams or leading recruiting initiatives.

Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and attract top talent.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruitment execution.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement in recruiting operations.
