What You'll Do
- Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows using Java or Python .
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and webhook-based solutions.
- Design and support integrations with Salesforce APIs , including lead routing and automation processes.
- Contribute to AI-powered sales development initiatives, including Calendly integrations and automated lead assignment workflows.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment, managing work through JIRA and sprint-based delivery processes.
- Support and enhance the GTM Data Platform codebase.
What We're Looking For ✅ 5+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with Java or Python .
✅ Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations .
✅ Salesforce development or API integration experience.
✅ Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
Nice to Have
⭐ Salesforce Apex experience.
⭐ Calendly API integrations.
⭐ Experience building AI-assisted sales tools or automation platforms.
⭐ Knowledge of microservices and modern backend architectures.
