Responsibilities:
- Support and configure the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module for North American operations.
- Serve as a senior SAP PM functional expert, covering configurations, master data, work management, preventive maintenance, work orders, notifications, equipment history, asset lifecycle, API and interface support/development, and purchasing/source-to-pay workflows.
- Review and interpret SAP configuration documentation to align systems with operational and maintenance requirements.
- Support SAP transformation initiatives (STEP project), including migration efforts to S/4HANA.
- Support SAP-integrated mobile maintenance applications and the functionality of mobile devices used in the field.
- Provide end-to-end support for SAP Fiori-based maintenance applications (e.g., EquipStore and EquipCheck 2.0), ensuring reliability, usability, and performance across various devices.
- Collaborate with field operations to diagnose and resolve mobile application issues: synchronization, offline capabilities, device compatibility, and user experience.
