Senior Robotics Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior Robotics Engineer, you will drive the development and optimization of complex robotic systems across diverse industrial and autonomous contexts. You will lead the design of sophisticated software architectures that enable machines to navigate and interact with their environments with high precision and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Architect and refine high-performance robotics software for real-time execution and motion control.
- Design advanced navigation and perception systems to enhance machine autonomy and environmental awareness.
- Implement complex motion planning and trajectory optimization algorithms for precise robotic maneuvers.
- Develop and validate system behaviors within high-fidelity simulation environments before physical deployment.
- Oversee the integration of kinematics and sensor data to ensure robust system performance in dynamic settings.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards for robotics development and testing.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on robotics systems.
- Proven expertise in developing and optimizing robotics software using ROS or ROS2.
- Advanced proficiency in C++ and Python for real-time systems and motion planning.
- Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as Gazebo or NVIDIA Isaac Sim.
- Solid understanding of kinematics, navigation, perception, and trajectory optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
