As a Senior QA Engineer (Manual), you will oversee the quality and reliability of complex software products through meticulous validation and strategic testing. You will act as a guardian of the user experience, ensuring that every feature aligns with business requirements and performance standards before reaching production.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to complex business logic and regulated environments.
- Execute thorough exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues that automated scripts might overlook.
- Perform deep data validation using SQL to ensure backend integrity and accurate information processing across systems.
- Validate API functionalities and cross-platform integrations to maintain seamless communication between services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design reviews and sprint planning to identify potential risks early in the lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, providing technical context and root cause analysis to streamline resolutions.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Manual Testing.
- Proven expertise in test case design, test planning, and exploratory testing.
- Proficiency in bug tracking and manual API testing to identify complex defects.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and verifying system requirements.
- Strong background in manual validation within complex business or regulated domains.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
