POSITION

We are looking for a Full Stack Java and React engineer to join our team, working remotely from Colombia, Argentina or Mexico. This role is idóneo for engineers with 6+ years of experience who are comfortable building scalable backend services and modern frontend applications.

In Java-related items, the following knowledge and skills are required: Spring Boot, JUnit y Gradle, PostgreSQL A bonus to having the above experience would be having knowledge/experience in any of the following: Javascript, Kotlin, Express, Socket.io, gRPC, Kafka, AWS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Write clear, maintainable, testable code
- Create robust high-volume production applications and develop prototypes quickly
- Work with design, product, and business teams to develop features according to specifications
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams
- Ability to create clear code and comment critical code blocks
- Write automation code to deploy, monitor, and alert to support your applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

- C1 English Level
- Strong CS fundamentals with 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience working in Java
- Strong experience working in React
- Demonstrated usage of unit testing, continuous integration processes,



and monitoring
- Experienced with relational or non-relational databases
- Willingness to learn and try new technologies

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS

- Familiarity with cloud service providers (Google Cloud, AWS)
- BA/BS in computer science or similar major
- Self-starter able to ramp up quickly, working independently and efficiently
- Curiosity for new approaches and alternative thinking
