- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Strong professional experience building and maintaining backend applications using Python.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, layered application design, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience building serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
- Experience working with MongoDB.
- Experience contributing to frontend development using Vue.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
- Experience working with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to understand existing codebases, identify technical risks, and work independently within established architectures.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
