We are seeking a highly experienced, business-facing Senior Business Solution Architect to drive a critical Revenue Cloud implementation.

In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between the business stakeholders and our globally distributed IT and QA teams. You will partner directly with the business-side ARM Product Owner to define, negotiate, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional designs and actionable user stories. This role requires a deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash landscape, specifically within a multi-tier channel sales model involving distributors and resellers.

Responsibilities Serve as the direct IT counterpart to the Business ARM Product Owner and co-lead discovery and alignment meetings with key business units, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance

Translate complex business processes and pricing logic into comprehensive functional designs and precise user stories for the development teams

Design and optimize ARM workflows within a partner portal environment,



ensuring the system supports multi-tier channel sales models with pricing to distributors and resellers rather than direct-to-end-customer

Work closely with a globally distributed IT Center of Excellence, including Program Managers, Solutions Architects in Canada, Developers in India, and Salesforce/ARM Admins

Partner closely with the QA team in India to ensure test plans accurately reflect the functional designs and business intent of the user stories

Coordinate and collaborate seamlessly with an external Systems Integrator partner currently supporting the ARM rollout Requirements 10 or more years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership, architect, owner, or coordinator capacity

Involvement in at least 8 projects, or proven experience launching 2 or more products or key product capabilities to the market

Proven track record delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade programs that are multi-workstream, involve 40 or more FTEs, and span multiple years

Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Deep end-to-end understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) landscape and full lifecycle





Proven experience working with partner portals and navigating the complexities of multi-tier channel models and distributor pricing limits

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate and explain technical system functionalities directly to non-technical business leaders, such as explaining ARM architecture constraints to Finance and Legal

Strong background in writing functional specifications, building user stories, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution within Agile delivery frameworks

Outstanding written and verbal English at C1 business level, with executive-quality presentation skills Nice to have Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ for configuration, pricing, and quoting processes

Practical experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for building partner and customer portals We offer International projects with top brands
