Salesforce Admin at BairesDev

As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the system to ensure seamless user management and data integrity.

What You'll Do

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to reflect organizational workflows.
- Design and implement advanced automation solutions using Salesforce flows and validation rules to streamline business processes.
- Manage user lifecycle and security, including the setup of profiles, roles, permission sets, and organization-wide defaults.
- Oversee data management activities such as data imports, cleansing, and regular audits to maintain high accuracy and reliability.




- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into key business metrics and performance.
- Facilitate platform integrations and support users through troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous system improvements.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM-focused role.
- Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
- Proficiency in building and managing Salesforce flows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Hands-on experience with data management, security protocols, and platform integrations.
- Strong background in optimizing Salesforce to meet business requirements and improve user efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
