In this role, you will be responsible for setting the technical strategy for Salesforce projects and ensuring solutions support business goals. You will work with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce systems.
Responsibilities Define and communicate the technical vision for Salesforce projects, leading integration efforts and ensuring data quality
Guide and support developers and technical staff in building scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with client managers and development teams to collect requirements and align IT plans with business priorities
Introduce new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to improve solution architecture
Track technology trends and suggest creative solutions for ongoing improvement
Identify and manage technology risks, partnering with stakeholders to make informed decisions
Supervise daily technical operations and translate design concepts into actionable IT processes
Oversee the rollout of new features, system enhancements, and ongoing support through optimization and refactoring Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
At least 8 years of experience in technology or related fields
Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator positions
At least 2 years leading teams of 20 or more professionals
Participation in at least 5 full project cycles or experience launching a product or major feature
Comprehensive expertise in the Salesforce platform, including a strong grasp of its strengths and limitations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, and primary Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders
Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering complex technical projects, ideally in telecommunications or similar industries
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address platform challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions
Ability to remain calm and proactive under pressure, with a positive and resilient approach
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience with additional Salesforce products or industry-specific solutions
Salesforce Architecture or related professional certifications
