We are seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship-focused SDR to recruit and onboard attorneys into our Lawyer Referral Service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales skills who enjoys building professional relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify prospective attorney members.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to determine membership needs based on practice areas and geographic locations.
- Manage the attorney recruitment and sales process from initial contact through enrollment.
- Collect and review all required membership documentation, including:

-Membership Agreement -Panel Forms

-Proof of Professional Liability Insurance

-Contact Information

-Membership Payment

- Answer incoming phone calls, gather accurate information, and discuss membership opportunities with prospective attorneys.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with attorneys through regular communication.
- Make outbound calls to attorneys to introduce and promote company membership.




- Maintain organized recruitment files and accurate records.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making outbound sales and recruitment calls.
- Able to manage leads with internal CRM and external tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
