Homeaglow is a start-up technology company that offers cleaning services via a platform-based booking system. Our mission is to create better lives by being the most efficient platform for home services. We’ve been in operation since 2016 and currently service 50 US markets with ~20,000 cleaning jobs worked per week. :

A Sales Agent is typically responsible for contacting prospective customers via phone call, text, or email. Successfully convert both warm and cold leads into a sale. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects. Convince prospect customers to use existing vouchers. Create a long lasting relationship with clients. Contribute to improving the current workflow by creating and/or modifying existing call flows and scripts to improve conversion rates.

Good to excellent English both in verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

Excellent phone etiquette A professional and courteous disposition

Willingness to work

5 days x 9 hours per week (45 hours work-week)

1 hour unpaid lunch per workday

30 minutes paid break per workday during day, mid or graveyard shift, Holidays and rotating rest days

Processor: Intel i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4000 series or newer)

RAM: min. 6GB Equipment (After Graduating from Training):

You will be required to have a second monitor (min of 24’ at 1920x1080 resolution)

RAM: 16GB

Storage: SSD (at least 256GB, preferably 512GB) What to expect (pay and training):

Base Pay: $2.50 per hour

Training Period: 2 weeks

Nesting Period: 2 weeks

Graduation Bonus: up to $500.00

$3.50 USD per hour pay plus sales incentives ($10-$50 per sale)
