As an RPO Solution Design Architect , you will play a critical role in creating world-class Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions for clients across multiple industries and geographies. Partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Delivery leaders, you'll transform complex client challenges into scalable, commercially viable workforce solutions that drive business success.

What You'll Do

Design Winning RPO Solutions

- Design and build customized RPO solutions for clients across high-volume and specialized hiring environments
- Translate complex client requirements into scalable, innovative workforce strategies
- Develop solution frameworks, operating models, and delivery approaches that differentiate us in the market
- Define solution scope, inclusions, exclusions, and implementation requirements

Partner with Sales & Business Leaders
- Support pre-sales activities, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop compelling client solutions and business cases
- Participate in client discovery sessions and solution workshops




- Position solutions that balance customer needs with commercial viability

Drive Commercial Excellence
- Build and maintain pricing models for new workforce solutions
- Analyze resource requirements, financial assumptions, and profitability metrics
- Ensure pricing strategies are competitive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
- Support bid development and solution governance processes

Collaborate Across Global Teams
- Work closely with Delivery, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Solution teams
- Engage country and regional leaders throughout the solution design process
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and solution approvals
- Share best practices and contribute to global solution innovation initiatives

Lead Market & Industry Research
- Monitor RPO market trends, workforce challenges, and emerging technologies
- Conduct competitor and customer research
- Evaluate new solution opportunities and product enhancements
- Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Experience designing RPO or workforce solutions for external clients
- Background in solution consulting,



pre-sales, workforce consulting, business analysis, or solution architecture
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing pricing models and understanding P&L; impact
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to simplify complex business challenges and create compelling solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting North American markets
- Previous experience within ManpowerGroup or a leading RPO organization
- Knowledge of HR technologies, ATS platforms, and workforce solutions tools
- Experience leading consulting engagements or transformation projects
- Understanding of current RPO, talent acquisition, and workforce market trends
- Project management experience
