RPA Developer at BairesDev
As an RPA Developer, you will design and implement robotic process automation solutions to streamline complex business operations. You will act as a link between manual workflows and digital efficiency, ensuring that automated bots are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
What You'll Do
- Design and configure end-to-end automation processes using enterprise RPA platforms and frameworks.
- Build modular and reusable components to ensure the scalability and efficiency of the digital workforce.
- Document technical architectures and execution paths to maintain clear governance over automated workflows.
- Integrate automation scripts with databases and third-party applications to handle diverse data operations.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks by implementing robust error-handling and exception management logic.
- Collaborate with analysts to translate operational requirements into high-performing automated transactions.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Proficiency with the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) and dispatcher/performer models.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, debugging, and ODBC database integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business processes into technical logic.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
