Responsibilities and more: We're hiring a Resume & Interview Coordinator to handle candidate resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage follow-ups with both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

- Format and polish candidate resumes for client submission
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients




- Manage follow-up communications with candidates and clients throughout
- Track interview outcomes and next steps
- Keep candidates engaged through the process to reduce drop-off
- Maintain organized records of submissions and interview stages

Requirements
- Strong written English — resume formatting and professional correspondence
- Excellent organizational and scheduling/calendar coordination skills
- Comfortable managing multiple candidate/client threads at once

- Strong attention to detail

Nice to have: prior recruiting/HR coordinator experience; scheduling tool experience (Calendly, Google Calendar); bilingual Spanish/English. Location: Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, or Peru. Remote, full-time.

Compensation: TBD based on experience.
