About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to help manage residential projects from assignment through completion. In this role, you'll coordinate with customers, contractors, utility companies, permitting authorities, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, construction, customer service, or the solar industry who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and keeping projects moving forward.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate assigned residential projects from start to completion.
- Schedule and manage work performed by contractors, electricians, roofers, and other specialty service providers.
- Coordinate with utility companies and local permitting authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
- Work closely with internal scheduling teams to keep projects on track and minimize delays.
- Communicate project updates and timelines with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders in both Spanish and English as needed.
- Schedule inspections and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Review project documentation, completion photos, and work quality before project closeout.
- Process contractor payment requests after verifying completed work.
- Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining compliance with applicable codes and permit requirements.
- Help improve internal processes and project coordination workflows.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in project coordination, project management, construction coordination, customer service, or a related field.




- Fluent Spanish (required) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional English proficiency (required) for communicating with internal teams and using company systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with contractors, customers, utility providers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and browser-based software.
- Ability to learn CRM and project management platforms quickly.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the solar, construction, roofing, electrical, or home services industries.
- Familiarity with permitting processes, utility coordination, or inspections.
- Experience using CRM or project management platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
- Previous experience coordinating contractors or vendors.
