Regional C-PMO Lead - EULA & North America

We're supporting a global healthcare organisation undergoing one of the largest business transformation programmes in its history and are looking for an experienced Regional C-PMO Lead to drive delivery across the EULA and North America regions.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong background in Programme Management, PMO and Organisational Change. You will work closely with senior business and Digital leaders, ensuring complex transformation initiatives are delivered successfully across multiple countries while driving stakeholder engagement, governance and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the regional PMO partner for senior Business and Digital leadership.
- Provide visibility across programme health, milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery status.
- Build and maintain integrated portfolio plans across multiple countries, functions and workstreams.
- Drive governance, reporting, quality standards and programme controls across the region.
- Lead RAID management, proactively identifying and mitigating programme risks and dependencies.
- Ensure regional delivery remains aligned with global transformation objectives while adapting to local market requirements.
- Drive organisational change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities.
- Define and monitor adoption metrics to ensure new ways of working are successfully embedded.




- Coordinate delivery across Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR and other business functions.
- Support programme managers and project teams while promoting continuous improvement and best practice across the region.

Required Experience
- Significant experience leading PMO, Portfolio Management or large-scale Transformation programmes.
- Proven success delivering complex international programmes across multiple countries and business functions.
- Strong governance, planning, reporting and portfolio management experience.
- Experience managing programme risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated experience driving organisational change and business adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Comfortable working across international teams, cultures and time zones.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have
- Experience with global transformation, carve-out or business separation programmes.
- Exposure to Digital Transformation, Data & AI or enterprise technology programmes.
- Experience within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
- French and/or Spanish language skills would be advantageous.
