We are seeking a strong Python Developer to help build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect data and services to modern AI applications and agentic workflows.

The ideal candidate has solid Python development experience, enjoys building scalable backend services, and is passionate about AI infrastructure, API integrations, and modern software architecture. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI tooling and real-world enterprise data, helping shape how data is securely consumed by next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain MCP-compliant servers that expose the client's property, risk, and analytics data

Build secure, reusable, and well-structured services following MCP standards and best practices

Develop solutions using Python and the Python MCP SDK

Integrate MCP servers with existing internal systems, APIs, and enterprise data platforms

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performant

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI infrastructure components

Follow software engineering best practices, including testing, documentation,



and code quality standards Requirements 2+ years of strong professional experience with Python development

Experience designing and building REST APIs, backend services, or integration platforms

Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or willingness to quickly learn and adopt MCP standards

Experience integrating with internal systems and third-party APIs

Understanding of secure software development principles and API security

Knowledge of software architecture, scalability, and maintainability best practices

Experience with Git and modern development workflows

English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience with AI/LLM ecosystems, agentic workflows, or AI application development

Familiarity with the Python MCP SDK

Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
