We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Operations Specialist to support a growing U.S.-based property management company managing 300+ units. If you have strong Buildium experience and enjoy keeping operations organized in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be working on:
- Managing Buildium operations and work orders
- Coordinating maintenance with vendors
- Supporting leasing workflows and applications
- Assisting with accounting and operational processes
- Helping streamline day-to-day property management operations
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of property management or real estate operations experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Buildium (required)
- Experience with maintenance coordination and leasing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment

Requirements
- 2 years Previous Property Management experience required
- Google WorkPlace experience is a must Lease renewal experience is a must
- Experience with rent collections and maintenance coordination
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Texas Property Code experience in Texas is a plus but not required
